Culbert meats have a consistent and high base load sue to the refrigeration used on site. Only the roof area available limited the system size and we could have installed a 30kW system if we had more room to work with. There was a custom made frame built over the main cold room which meant we could fit more panels and also acted as an additional insulator from the sun, keeping the cold room cooler and therefore reducing the cost to cool.
