We recently purchased a 5kw system on our post war era home in Toowoomba. The guys did a great job of installation and the roof layout design is very aesthetically pleasing. The system itself is working very efficiently even on cloudy stormy days like at present with the air cond on and clothes drier going, the meter is still going backwards a lot of the time. Very impressed, would highly recommend Green Incenctives to anyone wishing to install solar with an excellent product and great customer service.

We chose Green Incentives initially as our electrician recommended them to us. After talking with Luke, who ran through all the various financing options, we decided to proceed as their knowledge of both the system we were after and an extensive knowledge of finance choices suitable for us convinced us we were in safe hands. The install went very smoothly, with everything being explained to us clearly. The quality of the workmanship on our tile roof was second to none, the installers not only laying flashing for each bracket to prevent the rare chance of a leak but grinding the underside of the tiles so the roof is placed back down flush with no gaps in case rain is blow back up the roof. I had thought our install by another company at our last address was done very well but now I can see that was just average compared to Green Incentives. Our System is producing a little over what was estimated to be the output so we are very happy and would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality system with solid technical support at install and into the future. Hi my name is Kurt I am a qualified Electrical Fitter mechanic and a Linesman so I possess a sound technical understanding of electricity, I have no affiliation with Green Incentives other than having chosen them as our preferred supplier for our solar system. I am also very happy to write this review as we believe they deserve a pat on the back. Before we chose a solar supplier I spent a lot of time researching the facts, what a learning curve that was. It appears that oils ain't oils, there are so many variables that effect the output and reliability of a solar system. After many email exchanges and telephone conversations I narrowed our choice of potential vendors down to three and asked them further technical questions, one vendor was ruled out after I was not satisfied with their technical responses to these questions. The second vendor lost on price and today we are the proud and happy owners of a 3kw system supplied and installed by Green Incentives, we chose the best panels and inverter that meet our needs based on our financial capacity. We have 12 x Qcell G4 panels and a 5kw Solax-X-Hybrid inverter "battery ready" that is currently yielding 19kw per day, impressive considering the expected yield rule of thumb is 5 x installed capacity, I.e. 5 x 3 = 15kw. I strongly believe we made a good choice and are now enjoying the benefits. I had set a very high standard for our installation which I discussed with Green Incentives prior and can say without exception that the installation crew met and exceeded my expectations, further to that they continue to be contactable and have assisted in negotiations with the supply entity, submitted paper work on our behalf, offered technical assistance well after our contract of supply and installation has ended. While I am sure there are other vendors out there that would have the same high standards and after sales service as Green Incentives I am glad we choose Green Incentives as our preferred supplier/installer. A solar system is an investment in the future, we wanted to limit the impact of rising electricity costs so choosing a sound combination of inverter and panels along with a quality installer was paramount, yes there are systems out there that promise a comparable yield but let google be your friend and do your research. Remember that $2 bucket you bought to go camping, that is now occupying land fill don't make the same mistake when choosing solar. Cheers and happy choosing.
